Great location near Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Excellent service with friendly staff who remember your name. Beautiful garden and unique design touches. Delicious food, especially the lobster omelette. Has a Royal Warrant.

We had a fantastic stay in a lovely area of town. The hotel's service was lovely. The staff provided us with perfect hospitality and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal for sightseeing, with easy access to transportation and different districts in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful, quiet and very comfortable room. The hotel is splendid, a haven of peace with a beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast and tea time. Smiling, attentive and caring staff. Many small attentions: we were able to leave with a small plush toy souvenir of the 'mascot' of the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds were cozy. The soundproofing was impressive. The sheep-themed offerings were amusing. The staff was attentive and helpful.

The exquisitely presented and served breakfast. Some may prefer a buffet instead of ordering everything a la carte but it's a matter of taste. The hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Excellent service. I understand that the rooms in London are very small but too small in relation to the price, the concierge service especially your Head Concierge Mr. J. Andrews! I have been spending time with him for months before my arrival through email, making it very easy for me to get in to everything I ask for.

Logically I would have liked the price to be a little lower. Or receive a corporate or preferential rate for having the Amex Centurio card or at least a considerable upgrade in terms of the room.

By far the best establishment I've stayed in while on my trip. The location was in a lovely area of town and the service was spectacular. The Michelin Star restaurant exceeded expectations, with delicious food and attentive staff. The room was perfect, with attention to every possible detail, and the bathroom was luxurious. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfactory. the experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The size of the room was a bit small, making it difficult to move around, especially with luggage.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. Situated in a bustling area close to all the attractions, it offers convenience and easy access to explore the city. The big restaurant, where I used to have the odd business meeting back in the day, provides a classy and sophisticated setting. The views from the restaurant, overlooking the garden below, are breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and impeccable service. The breakfast options were extensive and the presentation was stunning. The hotel truly excels in everything it does, providing a five-star experience.

The only downside was the slightly pricey cocktails in the bar.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all my needs. the staff provided excellent service and the garden area was breathtaking. the room had exclusive amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. the Continental breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding and the in-room breakfast was a delight. the Bar/Lounge area was great and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. the private facilities were top-notch and added an extra level of luxury to the experience. the location advantages were unbeatable.

We had a lovely Easter weekend getaway and enjoyed every moment. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, within walking distance of beautiful parks and museums, and just a short taxi ride to the theaters in Covent Garden. the hotel's decor was elegant yet cozy, creating a warm and cute atmosphere.

The room, although not overly spacious, was clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed. The hotel's beautiful garden was a lovely bonus during the summer.
